Shipping, Exchanges & Damaged Goods Policy

We’re not Amazon, and we’re definitely not your ex — so no take-backs. Every item is made to order, which means once you click “buy,” we start printing, patching, and prepping your shady shit. That said, if your gear shows up looking like it lost a fight with a forklift, we’ve got your back. Exchanges? Sure — as long as it’s the same item, unworn, and not covered in pet hair or regret. Read the rules, follow the steps, and don’t send us anything you wouldn’t want to receive yourself.


DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?
If your order shows up beat to hell thanks to shipping, don't stress — we’ve got you. Shoot us an email at shadyshitco@gmail.com with your order number and pics of the damage, and we’ll hustle to get replacement gear headed your way ASAP.


WANT TO EXCHANGE SOMETHING?
Need a different size or color of the same design? Hit up shadyshitco@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are only allowed for unworn, unwashed items that are still in like-new condition (see below for what that means).

⚠️ Orders can’t be canceled once placed. Every item is made to order — that means production starts as soon as your order drops (printing, patching, prepping, etc.), so no take-backs.


DELIVERED BUT NOWHERE TO BE FOUND?
If your package is marked “Delivered” but isn’t in your hands, Shady Shit Clothing Co. isn’t responsible once it’s confirmed delivered to the shipping address you provided. That package is now your responsibility.

We recommend:

  • Checking with housemates/neighbors.
  • Waiting 24 hours in case it shows up late.
  • Contacting your local post office or courier — sometimes they hold it.

If you want signature confirmation or have special delivery instructions (like “leave behind the cactus”), write those in the checkout notes and we’ll do our best to follow USPS guidelines.


EXCHANGES: THE RULES
We do not accept returns, but we do allow exchanges for the same item in a different size or color (if available). Here's what qualifies:

✅ You can exchange:

  • A red tee for a black tee (same design).
  • A size M for a size L (same product).

❌ You can't exchange:

  • A tee for a hoodie.
  • A lower-priced item for a more expensive one.
  • Any Hat.

"Like-New" condition means:

  • No stains, smells, rips, or signs of wear.
  • Tags, stickers, and labels intact.
  • No pet hair, deodorant marks, or smoke smell.
  • Basically, don’t send us back anything you wouldn’t want to receive yourself.

If we receive something that doesn’t meet this standard, the exchange will be denied and the item sent back at your cost not ours.


TIMELINE & TURNAROUND
Once we get your exchange item and it’s approved:

  • Allow 3–5 business days for us to reprocess it.
  • Plus 3–4 days for it to ship back out to you.

Add in your original shipping time and return shipping to us — exchanges can take up to 2 weeks total. Patience is appreciated, we’re not Amazon Prime.


NO EXCHANGES AFTER 30 DAYS
Exchanges must be initiated within 30 calendar days of receiving your order (based on USPS delivery date). Items received outside of that window will not be accepted — no exceptions.


FINAL SALE ITEMS
All sales of intimate apparel (like underwear, lingerie, or swimwear) are final — no exchanges, no returns. You wouldn’t want someone else’s returned boxers, and neither do we.
